It's hard to believe my baby boy is a whole half year old already! His six month birthday was today. We are so blessed to have such a happy and healthy little boy. He also isn't quite sitting up unassisted, but almost. He'd just much rather crawl. And walk! Today when I picked him up at day care, Alex seemed to want to go to a push toy one of the other kids was playing with. So I stood him up and had him grab on. I barely let go, but he took several steps unassisted and was tickled. I wouldn't really call it walking, but jeez, he could well end up walking early at this rate! Nooooooo!

I told Sean that Alex is crawling (didn't know about the potential walking!) this week and he said he is ready to "protect" (his words) Alex when we are there from getting into anything harmful....hhmmmm, or is he envisioning them plotting together to make mommies and nanis crazy??????
